Nice but... |

Fresh out of the bag, it feels very nice and protects well. It was thicker than I would like and did affect my ashisabaki a bit. The padding has compressed a considerable amount since I got it (3 months) but hasn't changed the protective qualities. Overall, a good pad but not quite worth the extra money.

Very nice, well padded and helpful if you hit hard with your heel. In my case, it also helps keep the back part of my plantar fascia, where it fits into the heel.
Machine-washes perfectly.
If in doubt on the limit of two sizes, go for the bigger one, it will fit great and you will avoid tear in the fabric of the pad.

the product fits well. didnt come lose during practice however the pad in the heel is flat. there is no cushioning at the bottom after an hour of use. putting a gel insert helped though.
