Maeda-en's Genmai-cha is using fine quality Sen-cha with roasted brown rice to bring up crispy flavor. Steep 1tbsp & 1tsp of Genmai-cha in 12oz of hot water (180-185F) for 30-60 seconds, then enjoy!
