Would recommend at least the 3 shinai bag instead |

This bag is cheap and it works. The only drawback is that you have to take off your tsuba when you put your shinai in.
If you want to save yourself the trouble of doing that every time you go to practice, buy the 3 shinai bag instead. The 3-shinai-bag will also be large enough for your bokken (but without its tsuba).
If you want to accomodate both shinai and bokken with their tsubas on, get the 5 shinai bag instead.
