Two pieces of 4 mm thick quality leather, hand sewed together with a hidden plastic liner for stiffness. The Tsuba is hand embossed with a variety of attractive designs and dyed to a medium tan color. Because each one is completely handmade, no two are exactly the same (for Shinai)

This tsuba is a work of art.  The cherry blossoms are well impressed into the leather.  This is much better looking on a shinai than the standard plastic tsuba.  The stitching is superb, and this tsuba will last a long, long time.
