Perfect for Junior Aikidoka |

I bought 3 of these for some of my junior Aikidoka (10 - 13 years old), and they are the perfect weight for them. Far better than the red oak or hickory bokken you see advertised elsewhere. I have practiced with them using my Iwama style bokken and they stand up well (granted I am careful). I enjoy cutting with them myself, because it is so effortless and fluid. A really great deal.

Perfect size for practice |

Shorter at 35.75" than the full length 40" bokken, this was the right size for the KumDo studio - with a height limitation the shorter bokken is well suited. First time and experienced students find this length bokken to be just right for practice swings (hurigi), movement and basic skills before moving to the jukdo (shinai).

A great bokken, this one will never let you down. Beginner or expert you'll always find reliability in this one.
Team Shuffle standard issue bokken we always buy from e-bogu for it's reliability.
