Alright, I am new to Kendo practice. After my first two sessions and trying to go cheap via eBay or a disenchanted former kendoka, I had to get a Bogu ASAP. I was told to check here. Surely enough I selected this one. I may not know the difference but every one in class (including my 30 years experienced sensei) was impressed with the Bogu's superb quality and the fact that e-Bogu delivered it all the day after my order was placed (CA to FL.) Whoa! That is service above the rest just right there! Thank you!

i can not complain. it took me a long time to get the nerve to order online, so i took a chance on this set, because it is my first. the quality is wonderful and i got tsuki on my first practice with it and it was painless compared to the borrowed set i use to have. i am looking foward to the upgrades that i plan to order through you guys. thanks!

6mm Bogu |

I've had this set now for about a year. It's taken a beating because of my skill level and held up well (2 practises/week). The only issue I've seen is the black paint on the men border flaked off early, but I expected this, as inexpensive men usually aren't painted with lacquer. I love this bogu because it is very protective, and you can't beat this price. The kote took about 6 practises to break in.
