With adustable height and adjustable arms, you can practice nearly anything you want. (Kote, Men, Do, Tsuki). The Base is heavy and well designed as it provides ample stability for targets like Tsuki.
The head of the dummy is a little small, I'd reccomend finding a smaller Men. As with bigger size men you really have to tie it tight, and when its on, it ends up looking slightly deformed.
Easy install, everything was pretty straight forward and simple to put together.
The arms move up and down and are adujustable. You can put the Dummy in Jodan, Chudan and anything in between. This makes it easy to practice targets like Do, which generally require the opponents arms to be raised slightly.
The dummy's maximum height is about 6' tall. This means for any of us 6' or shorter, it gives us a chance to practice with varying heights.
Overall I give this Product a 9/10 and I highly reccomend it to anyone.
