Kuki-cha, also known as Twig Tea, is made mostly with twig. Maeda-en's Kuki-cha is picked from high grade Sen-cha, and giving mild taste and flavor. Recommended to steep 1tbsp & 1tsp of Kuki-cha in hot water (160-170F) with large pot for 60 seconds, then enjoy!
