It is floppy April 11, 2010 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from bluff city, TN United States   The pad is very ridgid however it is not very dense.  The spring is weak - once kicked it will flop everywhere.   I do like the fact you can mount it anywhere with screws.  We use it for spinning/jump spinning kicks only...works well.
