Excellent for iai practise! Why invest in expensive volleyball kneepads that are designed specifically for volleyball, when you can buy very nice ones from e-bogu for a very low price? After two months of iai training, my knees were bruised so badly that it was becoming too painful to train properly, so I invested in these knee pads. I highly recommend them to anyone else who wants to keep their knees working pain-free for a long time to come!
