First off I should like to point out just how satisfied I am with e-bogu's service. I'm a complete beginner and needed much help choosing my equipment. They assisted me with great patience and every question I've had was quickly answered.
Shipping wise, my kit was shipped the same day of ordering! it also arrived far quicker than I expected of (kudos for FedEx for that).
The kit itself is great. The Hakama and Keikogi are lightweight, fit nicely and so far I've not turned blue as I half expected (I don't sweat much though so maybe that's why).
The shinai's are just what you'll need for a practice shinai and are great value for their price.
My only disappointment is with the 3 Shinai bag. It’s not very practical and doesn’t even have a shoulder strap. Next time I'll get a more ‘advanced’ model like the versatile bag, which also has pockets for the accessories and a shoulder strap.

I love how the material is so strong and sturdy, like for the first time that I worn it while practicing it feels like the real deal. The Hakama might take a while getting used to since it is my first time wearing it. I am looking forward to future purchases from this website.

For a first uniform, this kendogi is very nice. It fits me very well. I've never been in a hakama before, and I'm quite impressed by its design. I liked the fact that their were folding instructions and steps to take when putting the uniform on. That was very helpful. The Japanese shinai that came with this deal was also surprisingly well crafted Compared to the Korean made one I am currently using, it's much nicer. I look forward to using my spare!
The bag too is useful and the budo bag is also helpful.
Great job e-bogu! I enjoyed doing business.

Everything you could need to start kendo or katori; hakama is light weight, gi top is thick and durable, shinai is a great addition even if you don't take kendo and the bag tops it all off! Great deal!
