This is the best quality Tetron Hakama you will ever find. Many improvements have been made on this Hakama. The inner folds are stitched to keep the folds always neat. The Himo (tie strings) have extra padding for extra confort and strength. The sides of the Hakama is made a a little longer than the center, in order to give a beautiful straight line, when standing.

Very popular among Kendo, Iaido, and Aikido players. Tetron Hakama is very easy to take care compared to the 100% cotton Hakamas. Note: Tetron is composed of 65% Polyester and 35% Rayon.

Got it to replace my old one. It's nice, but as previously mentioned, the himo are very short- they barely made it around! Would recommend considering the himo extensions regardless of size ordered.

I bought this hakama about a month ago and I have to say it is pretty outstanding. I use it for Kendo, Naginata and Jodo mainly and I have to say that even compared to my other hakamas, including a 8800 cotton, I am starting to favour more this one because the cut/design of the hakama is very beautiful; it fits really well. Also, the length is perfect; I use 24 size hakamas and this 24 is the perfect fit.

The only slight complaint I have is that the himos could be a little longer (or I could loose some weight...!).

Ive used this for over 1 year now. up to 5 practices a week. looks better than any other non cotton hakama ive seen, wears well, extremely comfortable. and ill buy another if i even need to.
