Bag too short April 9, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Renton, WA United States   The bag is advertised to hold up to 8 adult shinai but when I put in three 39 shinai, the zipper barely shuts.  The bag was made too short. Was this review helpful to you?

Almost a perfect bag February 7, 2018 Reviewer: frank from mill valley, CA United States   The shinai bag which holds up to eight shinais (3 if you keep all of the tsubos attached) is well constructed. The woven cloth is sturdy and makes for a nice textured well weighted bag. The clips and anchor points are robust and the centered carrying handle wraps around the back of the case making it very strong. My only comment on a feature that I probably don't understand is the shoulder strap. It is designed to create a hands free carry. Because of where the clips are located (metal clips on either side of the carrying handle) the bag needs to sit horizontally next to the body with one arm resting on it. For me the bag would be more functional if the strap attached to the back of the bag closer to the top so that it could be carried over the shoulder and behind the back in a vertical position with hands totally free.
