I really like this set. Its not stated but this hakama also have the sewn pleats like more expensive hakamas. The gi is really soft feeling, but the material in it, i think could be something better, a more "under armour" material which may make it a litle bit heaver but maybe more sturdy also, this has a basketbal jersey material. It does look traditional, the gi isn't just a striaght gi, it immitates a double layer design, i don't know if that helped or anything. One thing i really like about it is the dye, its not just cheap chemical dye, its the real thing.
