This Bogu was designed for High performance players, which can be used in everyday practices and tournaments.

Men:

The Mendare is approximately 2 cm shorter than usual Bogu for easy movements and Furikaburi, when bringing the arms above your head, for a strike. The Mendare has a Naname stitching, which also makes the movement easier. This type of Men is very popular among strong Kendo players in Japan. Also, the Men in the olden days used to be made this way.





The back side of the Men has a design of Sakura on the Navy blue finish, which gives an discrete accent to the Bogu.


The Men has our signature angled cut, giving the Men an outstanding look, when worn.


Kote:

The Kote has our popular Yakko finish on the Kobushi Section, with the top quality Ibushi treated brown deer leather on the palm. The inside of the Kote has a layer of brown clarino leather in order to decrease the aggregation of bacteria which causes bad odor. This Kote is lighter than a normal Kote, to help quicker movements, protecting the player's hand.

The Tare is very light and flexible, which you will probably not even feel like you are wearing. The back of the tare has the Sakura design for the looks and protection of the Tare. The side Tares have our signature angled cut, which gives a better fit when worn.
