This Tsuba is made of hard leather inside, and covered with the Special KUROZAN leather, which is the same as the leather used for the MUNE portion of the Do.  Approximately 9 cm of diameter.  Very durable.  Highly recommended by high ranking senseis.

This item is amazing and beautiful. It feels so strong and long-lasting. This is a wonderful buy, I highly recommend this.

My only fear is that the stitching that holds the two outter peices of leather together will come apart or tear.
