Great Bogu!! January 18, 2017 Reviewer: Achmad Indrajati Soedja'i from Bandung, West Java Indonesia   A little bit heavy, but this bogu is definitely comfortable. It's more than enough to give you more protection during the practice, but I think there has to be more improvements in Kote, Do-himo, and Tare-himo. But overall, this bogu is a great one. It really is worth it to buy this bogu set by that price. The customer services are great, from answering the question to the shipping matters. I definitely gonna make more purchase in e-bogu! Mostly good, paint sloppy, service suggestions January 4, 2016 Reviewer: Gilbert Kruidenier from CASEY, ACT Australia   The packaging was well done, it arrived without damages and within a week. The additional gear bags and shinai bag are a nice bonus. Everything seems to fit, the measuring guide works. My very big point of dissatisfaction is the Men paintwork for both Mens. It looks like a sloppy rushjob. There's uneven red paint over the first 2 cm of the metal guard all around, very disappointing as the rest of the Mens looks really nice and high quality. Customer Service suggestions: *display the order value in the ordering country, additional fees and exchange rates are an unwelcome surprise. *I expect E-bogu to inform the exporter and not leave it to the customer to explain details to Fedex/customs what is in the parcel. *I suggest you mention that despite FREE shipping, import fees are not included (another AUD$270). *you have great videos online on how to care for your gear and put it on, include a paper or digital version of this information in a complete gear shipment!
