Katori Shinto Ryu Bokken February 26, 2024 Reviewer: Scott Ruebush from Shakopee, MN United States   After not much use, the bokken cracked.   I never cracked a bokken before, but I've only used Japanese white oak bokken from Japan before trying this one.   My old bokken are about 30 years old and splintering, but they haven't cracked. Wow what great quality March 25, 2021 Reviewer: Bob from Bellingham, WA United States   I just unwrapped my new Katori Bokken.  It is beautiful piece of workmanship.  The wood is as I ordered and expected white oak.  The bokken feels very substantial and sure in the hands.  I will enjoy training with it.
