5 of 5 Well worth the Money! December 16, 2009
Reviewer: Dean O. from San Antonio, TX United States
I am a new student of Kendo and found some of the terms daunting to learn only though verbal instruction and our text book.
However, because the terms in this book are alphabetically organized, I am able to quickly learn the proper terms for what I am practicing and their meaning.  My Kendo lessons are much more enjoyable and I am getting a lot more out of them.

5 of 5 A Must Have for All Kendoka April 4, 2007
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Apollo Beach, FL United States
This is a must for any kendoka.  It is compact, concise, and has everything that a beginner and junior-level kendo practitioners want to and need to know.  It is probably the most comprehensive and well organized reference book I've found.  It's organized into several sections, including dictionary that includes graphics and appendices that describes parts of bogu, shinai, and other essential information.  However, this is not a "how-to" instructional book.
