This book is needed by ANY serious Kenshi/Kendoka. It is better to be shown the kata first by your Sensei, then have HOURS of pracricing the kata, then use this manual as a guide and reference too fine tune your techniques of the kata. Very easy to understand ONLY when you have recieved PROPER instruction.
