I bought this because of a bruised heel from improper fumokomi. It works great and absorbs all the impact pretty much but a word of caution when putting it on as I ripped the stitching a bit but luckily I got it repaired. It is rather tight and hard to put on at first though but it stretches out to fit your foot. Great product! Recommend!
