Extremely soft and durable shinai leather June 11, 2012 Reviewer: Paul S. from Bay Area, California   Using this leather, I've cut down on the number of blisters that I get during warm-up. The leather is extremely soft and durable, and should last quite a while. I also really like that you can adjust the length of the leather loop where the himo attaches. Awesomeness October 17, 2006 Reviewer: Johnny Allison from Temple Terrace, FL United States   This leather parts kit is very good.  It's durable and much more sturdy than the top quality kit.  The parts are thicker and will take a beating.  The only drawback is that the tsuka feels shorter - it is the same size so far as I can tell.
