I received this iaito today and I must say I am quite delighted!  I am a beginner in Tenshin Shoden Katori Shinto Ryu and look forward to using this new pearl to practice!

One fine iaito, one fine problem... March 26, 2007

I ordered this Iaito a few weeks ago, to be my first one I must say I'm pretty satisfied with both the looks and the performance, for the price paid

now the flaw, and when I received it I noticed a crackling sound and to my surprise the tsuba was loose in a lateral movement!

I'm not returning it because it doesn't impede training as it is not a up/down movement and somehow it seems firmly fitted.

This iaito has a very good feel when cutting, due to it's lighter than usual nature.

A good by, especially if you are starting off in iaido.

I received my Iaito a few weeks ago, I have not been able to leave it alone. I truly enjoy the feel and balance of it. My Sensei and Fellow Fuku Shidoin really enjoyed the balance as well. I usually make phone orders now, since the staff are so very friendly and helpful. Great product Great people, extremely accomodating!
