Perfect Quality |

You get what you pay for....so I was a bit cautious of these Kote selling for $155.00 DISCOUNT-- but I took the chance..I am glad that I did.
I inspected them quite closely when I first opened the shipping box....all the seams and stitches were perfect. The deerskin was wonderfully soft and the overall craftsmanship was stellar.
The Kote are quite stiff and will take some time to break in. I will post a review later on their performance and endurance. But so far-- I have to say Im surprised that these are not sold out!
---update after a year of use: 2 practices per week:
The Kote have held up wonderfully. The Deerskin has turned stiff when it dries, but loosens up very quickly. The stitching is still holding up very well in the impact area. I have not noticed any flaws from these Kote. I believe that these will last many years of practice.

These are a great pair of Kote for the price. Extremely comfortable, durable, and well made. Takes a while to break in but all in all, a great investment.

i'm a month and a half into a pair i ordered in december and i like them so much i bought a second set so i can alternate between trainings.
i didn't give 5 star as i've only had machine stitched kote before so i don't have a good comparisson with other hand stiched kote but these are by far the nicest kote i've used.

Well worth the money. If your undecided whether to get these, DO IT! The palms are great, they are nice and short which is good for jodan. Quite light but also very protective. I can see them lasting for a long time. Only slight drawback is the limited sizes and the laces are not the hightest quality, but who cares about them.

These are wonderful Kote. I have been pleased with them. I will warn anyone interested in these that they take quite a long time to break in.
I have used them for a month and they are just now breaking in! This is with daily practice. They are extremely stiff and uncomfortable at first, but once they loosen up they are excellent. I have a pair of 1.2 bu Kote and they are not of the same high quality as these and I paid more! After a whole night of hard practice my wrists have no pain at all. Highly recommended
