Your sales staff contacted me immediately after I placed the order to confirm payment details and to inform me of the shipping costs (there was no shipping cost). The bogu arrived in a very short time, approx. a week after I placed the order. I am satisfied with the entire experience and I will patronize E-Bogu again in the future for my kendo equipment needs.
