How much is the Customs Tax Duty charges?
  The customs Tax Duty charges will vary depending on the country you are from. That is out of our control.  For international customers, all charges related to shipping services, such as Customs Duty fees and/or Brokerage fees are of customer's responsibility. If a customer refuses to pay the above mentioned charges, the products will be sent back to us, and the shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order after we receive payment from you, depending on the availability of the products.  We carry most of the products in inventory, however custom orders needs to be ordered from our suppliers, which may take 4 - 6 weeks.  We will inform you of the status of the products.
What is the return policy?


If you would like to return a product, please request a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number from our Returns Department by e-mail, before sending the merchandise back to our facility. Also, please confirm that the item you are returning meets all of our guidelines provided below. Our contact information and return address is the following:

  3. Phone number where we can reach you
  4. Product that you are planning to return
  5. Reason for the return

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the merchandise return. All shipping fees are non-refundable. If you took advantage of our FREE Shipping, at the time of purchase, the amount that will be refunded to you will be the item price minus the shipping cost for the item to be shipped to your address.  E-BOGU.COM will issue a refund once we receive the returned item, and confirm the RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The refund transaction usually takes 1-2 weeks.


Please note that E-BOGU.COM will ONLY accept returns if the items meet the following terms and conditions.

  1. Have a valid RMA number obtained within 7 days of receiving the product
  2. Original Condition/Unused/Unwashed
  3. If a Hakama is being returned, the white tags and strings that hold the Hakama pleats are in the original condition.
  4. Free of filaments, such as, Pet Hair, Lint, etc.
  5. Original packaging


The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Custom Bogu
  2. All Customized products: (i.e. Zekken, Hakama with Himo (Strap Extension), embroidered items, Printed items)
  3. Outlet products
  4. Books, Videos, CDs,  DVDs
  5. Products damaged after the items have arrived to the customer
