The shield stays clear during keiko and shiai and does not fog up under normal conditions.
However, if wearing a medical mask is necessary, fogging may occur. In such cases,  can try to use an anti-fog mask designed for eyeglass wearers, as these are more effective at preventing condensation inside the shield

I've not yet had a shinai go into my men, but just in case.  Easy to install and easy to see through.  Always great quality from e-bogu!

It gives me piece of mind for the worst case scenario when you practice or tournament with not well maintained shinai and E-Bogu did excellent follow-up service when FedEx had delivery issues.
