Just a note: This heavier bokken “for aikido” does not fit into the plastic saya of the iaido practice set. I have a student who was hoping to use them together but that doesn’t work. Certain other bokken will fit the plastic saya - but not this particular bokken.

Great Starter Bokken!	April 8, 2023

I received my boken and HiDriTex Aikido Uniform that I purchased from E-BOGU faster than I expected with ground shipping. Given the shape and design of the bokken, it looks and feels pretty good. There are a few places where I can feel the grooves of the sword, but overall, it's great for my needs. I'm happy that I was able to invest in the purchase of this equipment finally.
