E-Bogu's customer service was fantastic for my purchase. It's been almost 40 years since I bought my first (and only) traditional gi and 25 years since my last formal martial arts instruction. I guessed at a size and also entered height, weight, chest size, waist size, etc. information. An E-Bogu customer service agent contacted me to discuss sizing before filling the order. The fact that E-Bogu cared enough about my purchase experience to do what they could to ensure my satisfaction was pretty cool!
And the quality of the gis I've received has been remarkable. This may be a LIGHT WEIGHT gi, but it's pretty substantial! Heavier and better constructed than my original 40-year old gi ever was. These garments are the bomb! Meticulous and robust stitching. Hems on the sleeves and pant legs are superb. And at the price they're selling them...exceptional value. Good job, E-Bogu! You have a repeat customer here!
