The kotei were shipped within an hour of ordering and arrived in very good shape. However, since they were shipped USPS, they arrived two days later than expected as USPS sent them to the Washington D.C.center instead of the Detroit center. This was not the fault of e-bogu, but they may want to consider other shipping methods.
