If you have big hands don't worry. It'll fit. The material is okay. The lack of an anti slip protrusion is something that I overlooked when ordering. My mistake. The serrated blade makes contact training individually or with a partner a little unideal. You'll want to slow down to avoid unnecessary chafing from those little plastic teeth.
