Tendo Ryu requires larger-than-normal and stronger-than-normal on the tachi used in kata practice with the naginata. In a recent tachi order from Japan, the tsuba were quite inferior. These tsuba are excellent replacements.

This is a very nice leather tsuba. It took about 5 minutes with some sandpaper to get it to fit, but now that it's a definite step up from the plastic one.
