I’ve have been using a bokken in physical therapy to treat Ehler’s Danlos. It has been such an amazing and fun way to build strength and stability that I plan on leaning much more. The bokken I ordered is perfect for the katas I’m practicing. At first the shipping seemed like a lot, but it shipped about an hour after I ordered it (with a coupon on the site!) and it went from California to the east coast in two days. I will definitely be getting whatever else I need from you. Thanks!
