Switching from a standard to Dobari shinai December 6, 2021 Reviewer: Melvyn Naidas from Waipahu, HI United States   Definitely good quality shinai.  I've only ever used standard shinai, so don't have to much experience in being able to compare the two.  The slightly thicker tsuka is noticeable when doing suburi.  I appreciate the quick turnaround on shipping.  Ordered and received within the week, and I live in HI.
