This has been hugely helpful, especially to my husband (I got one for each of us). At our dojo we're still wearing masks throughout practice. When we were allowed to replace masks with the tsuba blocker, practice became so much easier as we weren't panting through several layers of cloth anymore. Easy to apply, clean and very effective. I bought extras and others at our club have been asking about them.
