Quality went downhill; customer service unhelpful August 27, 2025 Reviewer: JR from Boston, MA   This is my 5th e-bogu hakama, used for aikido, and it will be my last. The first two lasted a long time and were made of higher quality material. The 2 after that were of middling but acceptable quality; the one I purchased 2 weeks ago is of similar middling quality, but is over 1" longer than the length specified in the size chart, and is 1.75" longer than my previous 2, despite being "the same size". I am tripping on it. Customer service refused to exchange it, even though it is not the length it is supposed to be. Was this review helpful to you?

The Top Quality Tetron Hakama for Aikido and Iaido August 21, 2022 Reviewer: Amante Jonathan from San Diego, CA United States   The Top Quality Black Tetron Hakama from E-BOGU Review This Tetron fabric is smooth yet resilient. In Aikido, our dojo is actually outdoors at a park so when we do our throws, my hakama gets barely scuffed and it takes a beating while protecting me. For Iaido, Sensei likes us to dress more formally so we wear the Hakama and it helps with the sword carrying as well as the execution of certain techniques. The look and feel are excellent. I have one good thing to say about E-BOGU, you guys are AWESOME!!! I was buying a few sizes up after entering my height and weight information on the Hakama page and whoever was processing my order noticed that they were too big. E-BOGU helped me find the right size!!! Good job! 100% would recommend E-BOGU Was this review helpful to you?

Good Hakama! Excellent quality; fast shipping December 15, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Tampa, FL United States   Paid for the 3 day shipping and it arrived one day early.
