Really happy with the added weight on regular Shinai and on my heavy short Shinai (also from e-Bogu). The difference in my speed is very noticeable and gratifying.

Bigger than i expected but does exactly what i need. One arm suburi with this on a full size shinai will get you exactly where you want to be.
