The material is high-quality, but also light and soft, very comfortable for training. Runs true to size, but of course will shrink over time. I am 5' 8", 175 lbs, and I order a size 5 and then purposefully shrink with first wash and dry (hot water/high heat), and then only cold wash and hang dry after. Size 4 would fit right out of the box, but gets too small with gradual shrinkage over a couple of years.
