I really enjoyed buying this hakama. The team (I emailed Natsuko and Kotone specifically) thought that based on my waist to ankle measurement and reached out with a correction. I really appreciated this, and they were complete correct; the hakama is comfortable, lightweight, and the perfect length. Not only that but they were able to process the correction and send the hakama with an embroidery to me with a very short turn around time. I immediately recommended E-Bogu to another member of the dojo who has an upcoming black belt test.
